The award-winning Ooni Koda pizza oven is now bigger and better with the Ooni Koda 16. The sleek and stylish design of the Ooni Koda now lets you knock out large 16-inch Neapolitan-style pizzas in just 60 seconds. With no assembly required, you can open the box and get right down to business. Just flip out the foldable legs, insert the stone baking board, and hook up your propane gas tank. Once ignited, the oven reaches 932 degrees F in 15-20 minutes. The L-shaped flame design creates powerful waterfall effect flame, which is paired with the patented Flame Keeper technology to keep the oven efficient and the heat consistent. The large 0.6-inch thick cordierite baking stone holds in heat and applies it to your pizza, creating a perfectly crispy crust. The sleek carbon steel body features a powder-coated high-temperature resistant finish, and is packed with ceramic fiber insulation. These offer heat retention as well as weather and heat protection. The built-in gas ignition is a snap, and the adjustable heat control knob expands your cooking possibilities to steak, fish, and beyond. The Ooni Koda 16 also comes with a built-in Flame Safety Device that will automatically cut off the gas supply to the oven if the flame is extinguished while the gas is on. Ooni Koda 16 comes equipped for use with standard 20 lb propane tanks, and an optional adapter is available separately for use with 1 lb propane bottles. A conversion kit is also available separately to make your Ooni Koda 16 compatible with natural gas. Now get the blazing fast convenience and portability of the Ooni Koda in an even bigger package with the Ooni Koda 16.
